Recorded “live and unscripted” on day one of the WW&F’s Fall Work Weekend, 2026, we sit down (and stand up, and get shaken up) with Coach 9 Project Manager Eric Schade who discusses the items we’ll be working on to finish coach 9 “to the nines!” in the coming months.

Also includes a brief update on some of the other projects happening on 10/9/2026 and shows the Model T railcar traversing the WW&F’s turntable.

BIG NEWS – We’ve exceeded our $120,000 goal to “Finish Coach 9 to the Nines!” Any additional monies raised beyond what is needed will go towards the long term preservation of Coach 9, or the restoration of historic W&Q coach 3.
