Tips for Planning your WW&F Adventure:
- The calendar above indicates the days that we are offering train rides, excursions, volunteer work parties, or other adventures and events. Click one for a complete description of that activity, browse all of the dates it is offered, and to purchase tickets.
- Advance ticket purchase is highly recommended – our narrow gauge trains have limited capacity and our most popular events often sell out.
- If a specific date, time, or event appears to be sold out, please email info@wwfry.org to be notified if tickets become available.
- Traffic in downtown Wiscasset can be very congested due to foot traffic visiting Red’s Eats Lobster Rolls and other local establishments. Please plan accordingly. Trains depart at their stated times and can not be held.
- The museum is closed on dates that do not indicate an activity or event. However, visitors are still welcome to stop in to explore the railyard or engage any volunteers who may or may not be present.
