The Narrow Gauge Collaboration with Maine Narrow Gauge Museum kicked into high gear, with many of the pieces of the collection being delivered to the WW&F:  SR&RL coach 19 (in need of restoration and is being temporarily stored here), SR&RL parlor car Rangeley, SR&RL combination 14, B&SR coach 16 Mount Pleasant, B&SR caboose 32, Monson RR locomotive 4 (passed through to Maine Locomotive & Machine), and B&SR tank car 14.  In the meantime, work to expand the car barn to help house the collaboration equipment proceeded, with the concrete floor getting poured in late September.  B&SR tank car 14 will be restored, thanks to a donor to the project.

Mountain Extension: there was some grading done south of the bridge, lots of ditch repair, and lots of material delivery for the roadbed.   Meanwhile rail was sorted and stacked, ties were cut and stacked, and two cycles of track was laid in order and partially spiked, all in preparation for the Fall Work Weekend.

West Parking Lot: the West lot grading was completed, and gravel put down in September.  A second road entrance was put in.

Land Acquisition: a parcel of land was purchased August 31.  This parcel, immediately north of Top of Mountain, was the last leased portion of right of way.  The entire parcel from Rt 218 was purchased.  The future of the parcel will be discussed in future board meetings.
