Treat Mom to an Elegant Tea Service – by Train
Celebrate Mother’s Day with a tea luncheon featuring seasonal Maine-grown and Maine-made ingredients! The luncheon, catered by Back River Bistro, will include savory bites and sweets – and plenty of tea, of course!
Tickets ($56.50 per person) include:
- A trip aboard the historic narrow gauge railway from Sheepscot Station to the event and return.
- A full-service tea luncheon, including a live harpist!
- Parking at Sheepscot Station.

About the Wiscasset, Waterville and Farmington Railway:
Ride over the Sheepscot Valley’s Narrow Gauge Railway aboard a historic steam train for a trip back in time. Explore our facilities and workshops where exploration is encouraged and inquisitiveness is rewarded. Experience the nearly-lost art of running and maintaining a steam powered narrow gauge railroad.

The luncheon is outdoors.
This event will be held rain or shine underneath our spacious Pavilion at Alna Center. Please dress accordingly if inclement or cool weather is forecast. If exceptionally inclement weather is forecast, we reserve the right to curtail, reschedule, or cancel this event.
